Hayes Davis, Founder & CEO

Hayes is responsible for overall strategy and day-to-day operations, as well as architecting Union Metrics’ applications. He has more than ten years of experience in designing and developing high quality, mission-critical web software. Previously, Hayes founded Liquid Communication Systems, a provider of turnkey instant messaging communications products for small to medium businesses and CheapTweet, a search engine and aggregator of deals, coupons and discounts being talked about on Twitter.

Jenn Deering Davis, Founder & Chief Customer Officer

Jenn is responsible for Union Metrics’ communications and customer development. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication & Technology from the University of Texas at Austin, where her research focused on communicative and workplace impacts of social and mobile technologies. Jenn has over a decade of corporate communications experience at companies like UPS, All Kinds of Minds, and zUniversity.com and has taught college communication courses at UT Austin and North Carolina State University.
